The 2025 Lexington Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K Returns to the Iconic Lexington County Baseball Stadium
LEXINGTON, S.C. – November 8, 2025 – Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to lace up their running shoes for the annual Lexington Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K event. The races will take place this Saturday, November 8, 2025, with all events starting and finishing at the scenic Lexington County Baseball Stadium, located at 564 Ball Park Road.
Presented by Lexington Health, this premier road race event offers participants a unique opportunity to tour the beautiful town of Lexington while enjoying a fully supported course and a vibrant race-day atmosphere. The events promise a memorable experience for both seasoned athletes and casual participants.

- Location: Lexington County Baseball Stadium, 474 Ball Park Road, Lexington, S.C.
- Race Start Times:
- Half Marathon: 7:00 AM
- 10K & 5K: 7:15 AM
- Finish Line Festival: Immediately following the races inside the stadium
