Lexington County Blowfish Announce “Kids Run the Bases” After EVERY Home Game on Brand-New AstroTurf® Field
LEXINGTON, S.C. – The Lexington County Blowfish are thrilled to announce a major upgrade to the fan experience at Lexington County Baseball Stadium. Starting this season, every single home game will conclude with the fan-favorite “Kids Run the Bases” event, giving young fans the chance to step onto the diamond and follow in the footsteps of their favorite Blowfish players.
This nightly tradition is made even more special by the stadium’s recent installation of a state-of-the-art AstroTurf Diamond Series® surface. Known as the “Official Synthetic Turf of Major League Baseball,” this high-performance field ensures that the “The Lex” remains a premier destination for family fun and elite competition.
