Bio

Kendra Niewczyk is a sophomore sport and entertainment major with a minor in event management, on track to graduate early in May 2027 from the University of South Carolina.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, she is a lifelong fan of the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, New York Yankees and South Carolina Gamecocks. She describes herself as a hardworking and determined individual who is eager to gain as much hands-on experience as possible within the sports industry.

Her previous experience includes working prestigious events such as the Players Championship and the Ryder Cup, and she currently serves as the student manager of the Gamecock volleyball team. She is excited to take on her first full-semester internship, bringing the skills and knowledge she has gained thus far into her experience with the Blowfish.

Kendra’s passion for sports, particularly baseball, began at a young age, influenced by her father and growing up surrounded by athletics. Through playing softball and gymnastics, she developed a strong appreciation for teamwork, discipline and competition, which continues to drive her professional goals today.
