Patrick Snipes was hired full-time in May 2026 as the Director of Sales and Operations after spending three seasons as an operations intern with the Blowfish.

Snipes, who was raised in Lancaster, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing strategy from Francis Marion University. While attending college in Florence, Snipes served as an operations intern for the FMU baseball team. He was named to the 2026 All-Conference Student Support Team, recognizing his work within the athletics department.
