Tyler Covington- Tyler was a Ticket Sales Representative for the Blowfish who also worked closely with our Food and Beverage department during the 2017 season. He is now the Director of Ticket Operations at the Citadel.
Brian Principe- Brian was the Director of Media Operations and Broadcasting and the voice of the Blowfish on Z93.1 the lake from May 2016 through the end of the 2017 season. He is now working in Athletics Communication at the Porter-Gaud School in Charleston South Carolina.
Kyle Calhoun- Kyle worked as a Group Sales Coordinator for the Blowfish from January 2017 through the 2017 season.
Anna Vergelli– Anna started as an intern in 2017 and became our Community Relations Director. She served in that role through the 2018 season. Anna is now an Incoming Sales Associate at Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment.
AnnaGrace Foell- AnnaGrace was started off as a Marketing and Game Day Promotions intern during the 2017 season and then became Director of Marketing and Promotions. She is currently an Account Executive with the Charlotte Hornets.
Briana Blakely- Briana was a Community Relations/ Guest Services intern during the 2017 season and she is now a doctoral candidate at the University of Georgia School of Law
Kelly Shackelford- Kelly, the Community Relations and Merchandise Coordinator for the Blowfish through the 2017 season is now the Co-Owner of a Sonic franchise in Chapin.
Preston Jordan- Preston was a Stadium Operations intern with the Blowfish during the 2017 season. He is now a Management Trainee at Tennessee Commercial Warehouse (TCW).
Wei Lee- Wei worked as a Box Office intern with the Blowfish during the 2017 season. She now the Management Trainee at Desports DDMC
Justin Hall- Justin was a Media intern for the Blowfish during the 2017 season. In 2018, he became the Lead Broadcaster for the Blowfish. He then served as the Director of Media and Broadcasting beginning in fall of 2018. In fall of 2019 he later became the Assitant General Manager. Justin now works as a Broadcast Specialist for Richland School District 1
T.J. Campana- T.J. was a box office intern during the 2018 season. He is currently an Inside Sales Associate for the Carolina Hurricanes.
Dillon Tan- Dillon started as a sales representative in 2016. He was quickly promoted to Director of Sales and Service. He is now a legal assistant at Kirby Law LLC.
Jarrett Dowling- Jarrett began as a marketing and promotions intern. She is currently the Sales Manager for Experience Columbia SC Sports.
Josie Catanzarite– Josie was a promotions intern during the 2018 season. She is now working as an Ambassador for the New York Yankees.
Matthew Jinnette- Matt worked as a merchandise intern for the 2017 season, and returned as merchandise coordinator in 2018. In 2019, Matt’s role changed as he became our Food and Beverage Coordinator. He is now a full-time employee with the Blowfish as our Director of Operations.
Zack Bennett- Zack Bennett was an intern on our media team during the 2018 season. He is now a Publications Intern at the U.S. News and World Report in Washington, D.C.
Ryan Miller- Ryan was a University of South Carolina Sports Management intern with the Blowfish during the 202o season. He is now the Manager of Partnership Services with the Winston Salem Dash, High A Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox.
